About Us

We are nurses who believe in the ability of the human body to heal when in balance and stress free. Further, we believe that each of us is responsible for our own health through life style choices and self-care. We acknowledge the superior advances in modern Western Medicine while embracing the wisdom of traditional practices. We are here for you to facilitate your ability to integrate all modalities for optimal healing of the mind, the body, and the spirit.
