Mindfulness Meditation - join the trend that's changing lives!

We at Nurse Navigators 4 Integrative Healing, a nurse owned education and consulting business in Greenwood, SC, have created a very powerful course for anyone who is seeking help with stress, pain, anxiety/depression, sleep, and other situations rather than relying on medications. Our program, Mindfulness Based Self Care (MBSC), is based on the broadly researched program of mindfulness meditation developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center (UMASS) Stress Reduction Clinic in 1979, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). As such, MBSR is the oldest and largest academic medical center-based stress reduction program in the world.

We have structured our self-care course on MBSR principles, Jon Kabat-Zinn’s book, Full Catastrophe Living, and the teachings Thich Nhat Hanh, a Buddhist monk know for his teachings on mindfulness and compassion. Restoring a balanced sense of health and well being requires increased awareness of all aspects of self, including body and mind, heart and soul. Mindfulness Based Self Care is intended to ignite this inner capacity and infuse one’s life with awareness. We are pleased to offer this again. SELF-CARE FLYER – SEPT
